1. Ticket Sales – Final & Non-Refundable
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, illness, travel disruptions, or weather conditions.
2. Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket or booking.
Resale, transfer, or attempted transfer of tickets (including via third-party platforms) is strictly prohibited and may result in the ticket being cancelled without refund.
3. Entry & Identification
Valid photo identification will be required for entry. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if the ticket holder cannot provide valid identification or if the ticket is deemed invalid.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation
The event organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including date, time, venue, entertainment, or inclusions.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be contacted regarding next steps. No liability is accepted for additional costs incurred by ticket holders.
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol
This event operates under Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws. The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse service and/or entry to any person who is intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
6. Behaviour & Safety
The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
7. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the event is at your own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or personal property while attending the event, except where required by law.
8. Acceptance of Terms
